While many guests come from ambitious and high-performing backgrounds, what matters most is depth, presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the room.

Intentional rooms require intentional curation. Every guest contributes to the atmosphere, chemistry, conversational dynamic, and overall energy of the experience. The application process helps us curate a balanced room across personalities, communication styles, perspectives, and ambition.

Applications are reviewed individually with attention to communication style, energy, values, emotional intelligence, and compatibility within the room. We do not select the most impressive people. We select the most compatible ones.

We encourage presence over performance. Some gatherings may include limited or no-phone moments in order to preserve intimacy, attention, and the quality of conversation within the room.

The Invitation Asia is designed around presence, privacy, and authentic interaction. While limited editorial photography may occasionally be captured for brand documentation, the atmosphere of the room will always be prioritised over content creation.

Each experience is intentionally limited to approximately 20 guests in order to preserve intimacy, conversational quality, and meaningful interaction.

Gatherings are hosted in carefully selected venues across Asia, including private dining spaces, cultural venues, and boutique hospitality environments designed to encourage meaningful conversation and connection.
